Charles Meyer appeals from a judgment of conviction upon a plea of guilty of welfare fraud. (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 11483.) Appellant alleges the following: (1) his motion to suppress should have been granted because the affidavit supporting the search warrant failed to set forth sufficient facts to permit a finding of probable cause; (2) the trial court erred in denying appellant’s motion to traverse the search warrant because (a) there were false statements in the affidavit, and (b) some of the evidence included in the affidavit was obtained in violation of the Fourth…
