The appellee, E. J. Picklesimer, hereinafter referred to as “tbe appellee,” is a member of tbe Pike County Bar. Tbe appellant, G-eorge Henry Hunt, is a resident of that county, and the brother and heir at law of T. M. Hunt, deceased, whose landed estate appellant recovered as the result of litigation decided by this Court on December 3, 1929, reported under the caption, Hunt v. McCloud, in 231 Ky. page 801, 22 S.
