Reversing.

On October 23, 1930, the Pike County Bar Association in the name of the commonwealth of Kentucky, filed in the Pike circuit court, an information in which there were embodied 11 distinct charges or grounds, which, if true, exhibited such conduct as that the informants concluded were sufficient to authorize the court to revoke respondent’s license to practice law, and the court was asked to issue its rule against him to an- pear and show cause why lie should not he disbarred'.
