The Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar has recommended to this Court, by a recommendatory order dated March 31, 1975, that J. Alfred May, a licensed attorney, be suspended from the practice of law in this state for a period of not less than twelve months, and be required to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings. Pursuant to Rule 168 of the Rules of the Supreme Court and the Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar, Mr. May has petitioned this Court to re view the recommendatory order. We affirm and adopt the recommendatory order in part and modify in part.
