This matter is before the court on Defendants’ joint motion for partial summary judgment (Docs. 108, 109, 110, 112), Plaintiffs response in opposition (Docs. 116, 119), and Defendants’ joint reply (Doc. 120). For reasons explained below, the court finds that Defendants’ partial motion for summary judgment is due to be denied.
