The plaintiffs in this action entered into a settlement agreement with defendant Gear-ench, Inc. (Gearench). A prior decision of this court established that Gearench is entitled to indemnification from third-party defendant Columbus-MeKinnon, Inc. (Columbus-McKinnon). See Molett v.
