Finkelstein v. Tateosian

This is a bill in equity for specific performance of a written agreement concerning certain properties and for an injunction. Following a hearing in the superior court on bill, answer, replication and proof, the bill was denied and dismissed with costs. The cause is before us on complainants’ appeal from the entry of a final decree in accordance with the decision.
