This bill in equity for specific performance was brought by the complainant vendor to compel the respondent vendee to perform a contract for the purchase of certain real estate. The cause was heard in the superior court on bill, answer and proof. It is before us on respondent's appeal from a final decree granting the prayer of the bill. The reason of appeal is that the decision of the trial justice is erroneous and against the law.
