MEMORANDUM OPINION

DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This comes before the court upon the debtor’s motion to enforce the automatic stay, for turnover, and for injunctive relief. Debtor’s motion asks this court to determine that the automatic stay imposed by § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code applies to three categories of property in which she claims an interest:(1) property held solely in debtor’s name at the time her bankruptcy petition was filed;(2) property held solely in the name of debtor’s late husband at the time of his death; and(3) property owned by certain corporate entities, the…
