On behalf of himself and his children, Adam Buda and Ali Buda, Santo Buda applied for a protection order under the Protection from Domestic Abuse Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 42-901 et seq. (Reissue 1988, Cum. Supp. 1992 & Supp. 1993) against the respondent, Linda Humble.
