In accordance with his pleas, appellant was found guilty, by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members, of one specification of possession of marijuana, three specifications of distribution of marijuana, and two specifications of introduction of marijuana onto a military installation with intent to distribute, all in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934.
