The plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident as a result of the negligence of the defendants. Liability was admitted. The jury, after being sent back to reconsider the case, rendered a verdict of $2500. The plaintiff appealed from the denial of her motion to set it aside as inadequate and on other grounds and from the judgment.

The plaintiff has assigned error in numerous rulings on evidence relating to the sole issue in the case, the amount of damages. The plaintiff consulted Dr. J. P. Karp in December, 1945, and was still under his care at the time of trial, June 6,1946. The plaintiff…
