This action was brought to determine the title to a triangular piece of land lying at the intersection of Westchester avenue and Stebhins avenue, bounded on the west by Stebbins avenue, on the southeast by Westchester avenue, which intersects Stebbins avenue diagonally, and on the north by the southerly line of three lots owned by the defendants Ehrich, Spaeth and! the Hudson Realty Company.
