State Bank and Trust Company filed suit against Heritage Construction Corporation, Burnt Bridge at Settendown Creek, LLC, and Raymond Moss (collectively, “Heritage Construction”), to collect money owed after Heritage Construction defaulted on three loans. State Bank filed a motion for summary judgment, which the trial court granted.
