In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in the nature of mandamus to annul and vacate a judgment of possession entered in a holdover proceeding, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Cusick, J.), dated October 29, 1993, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
