In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Brookdale Hospital Medical Center appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pizzuto, J.), dated June 6, 1986, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and any cross claims against it.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs to the appellant payable by the plaintiffs, the motion is granted, the complaint and any cross claims are dismissed insofar as they are asserted against the appellant, and the plaintiffs’ action against the remaining…
