I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, the Weitz Company, LLC (“Weitz”) filed a Complaint against the Defendants on June 4, 2010. [Dkt. No. 1.] Defendants are Lexington Insurance Company (“Lexington”); Allied World Assurance Company (U.S.), Inc.
