MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HOLDERMAN, District Judge:
Plaintiff Herbert McElroy originally brought this suit against defendant Strategic Organization Systems Environmental Engineering Division, Inc. (“SOS International”) in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. SOS International removed the action to this court. Now, McElroy has moved to remand the case back to the state court.
