Dithrich, J.,. Plaintiff, a first class township, issued a writ of scire facias sur municipal claim against defendant for improvement of the street abutting her property. Defendant filed-an answer, and plaintiff obtained a rule for judgiiient for want of a sufficient affidavit of defense. Defendant filed a supplemental answer and plaintiff again entered a rule for judgment for want of a sufficient affidavit of defense. After argument, the rule was made absolute and judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
