MILLER, Justice:

In this proceeding, the Committee on Legal Ethics of the West Virginia State Bar (Committee) asks this Court to discipline Joseph C. Cometti, a member of the bar practicing in Kanawha County. The Committee seeks to suspend Mr. Cometti’s license to practice law for a period of two years and to make his reinstatement conditional upon one year of supervised practice following his suspension.
