Plaintiff Doyle Sovey appeals from an order of the district court, Chouteau County, dismissing plaintiff’s amended complaint.

Plaintiff filed his original complaint on December 3, 1975, alleging he was employed by defendants as administrator of Chouteau County Hospital, and that defendants wrongfully discharged him prior to the expiration of his contract. Plaintiff alleged he became aware of the fact one of the trustees of the hospital was receiving allegedly illegal and improper payments from an insurance company, and his continual insistence that the trustee resign was the reason for…
