The plaintiff brought a suit by writ of attachment against the A. & W. Sprague Manufacturing Company, and on the 18th of October, 1879, caused the *292real estate known as the Baltic Mills property in the town of Sprague to be attached by virtue of *the writ. The writ was returnable to the Superior Court for New London County; and at the term of that court held on the first Tuesday of June, 1880, the plaintiff recovered judgment against the said A. & W.
