HARRIS, Justice.

Defendant appeals his manslaughter conviction on the claim of former jeopardy by reason of his prior reckless driving conviction. We affirm.

*251Leroy James Stewart (defendant) was the driver of an automobile involved in a two car collision September 10, 1971. Two occupants of the other car died as a result. Defendant was charged, tried, and convicted of manslaughter in violation of § 690.10, The Code.
