Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 27, 2010, which, upon reconsideration, among other things, adhered to its prior decision ruling that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because he was not available for employment.

Claimant, a foreign national, was employed ás a finance manager for the employer under an H-1B visa until he separated from employment in 2008.
