OPINION AND ORDER CONDITIONALLY GRANTING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

The petitioner, Bradley Burton, a state prisoner currently confined at the Thumb Correctional Facility in Lapeer, Michigan, has filed a petition for the writ of habeas corpus through counsel pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
