This action is brought to set aside the sale of lots in the city of Spokane made to enforce certain street grade assessments, and to enjoin the defendant city treasurer from issuing deeds for said lots, and to quiet plaintiffs’ title against all claims arising under the assessments and attempted sales. A demurrer was sustained to appellants’ amended complaint upon the ground that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
