¶ 1 This case arises from injuries sustained by Plaintiffi'Appellant Clinton Combs (Combs) while in the infield area of an automobile racetrack.1 Combs asserts in his petition that one of the race car drivers “lost control” of his vehicle which then “came into the infield area where [Combs] was located,” causing him injury.
