—In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Saladino, J.), entered November 17, 1992, which granted the defendant’s motion for *750summary judgment dismissing the complaint and denied the plaintiffs cross motion for leave to amend her complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
