Kansas City Police Officer Damon Haw-ley (“Officer Hawley”) and the Board of Police Commissioners of Kansas City, Missouri (the “Board”) (collectively, the “Appellants”) appeal from a personal injury judgment in favor of Lavinia Goudeaux (“Goudeaux”) following a jury trial.
