This is an action tó quiet the title to certain real estate situate within the limits of Salt Lake City. The plaintiff claims title from the United States through certain mesne conveyances; the defendant county, through tax sales; and the defendant railroad company, to a portion of the land by virtue of a grant from the United States government. The tax title was set out in the answer of the defendant county, and the grant from the government was alleged in the answer of the defendant railroad company.
