MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
FREEDMAN, Senior District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
In this action, the plaintiffs, Denise M. Richardson and Robert L. Richardson (“plaintiffs”) allege that the defendant, Equifax Credit Information Services (“Equifax”) 1 violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), see 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681, et seq., and the Massachusetts Consumer Credit Reporting Act (“MCCRA”), see Mass.Gen.Laws ch. 93, § 50, et seq. In addition, the plaintiffs bring several other statutory and common law claims. Now before the Court is the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
