OPINION
BROOKS, Judge.
This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a decree dividing several tracts of jointly held real property between appellant-cross appellee (wife) and appellee-cross appellant (husband). The facts are as follows.
Frank and Tania Valladee were married in Utah in 1966 and later moved to Arizona. At the time of dissolution of the marriage they had four children. Husband, a Ute indian, maintained an account with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA account) into which the Ute tribe deposited money from time to time.
