ALTIMARI, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant Malcolm Alexander appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, finding him guilty of possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of a mixture containing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B). The district court sentenced Alexander to five years’ imprisonment to be followed by four years of supervised release.
