Plaintiff, a general contractor and builder in Sioux City, Iowa, remodeled a bouse for defendant during the fall of 1947. He brings this suit asking foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien for an alleged balance due him therefor. He alleges a cost plus contract whereas defendant claims there was an agreed fixed price.
