Plaintiff, in an action in equity, sought personal judgment against the defendant owners of real property and the contractor who erected a residence and garage for them, for materials claimed to have been furnished the defendant owners, and, in this action, also sought to foreclose a mechanic’s lien filed by the plaintiff and asked that liens of other materialmen be held junior to that of plaintiff.
