This case arises under the Contract Settlement Act of 1944 and is for the recovery of costs allegedly resulting from the-termination by the defendant of a war contract. The facts, have been set out in detail in our findings and will be referred to herein only to the extent necessary to make clear our conclusions. As shown at the beginning of our findings, the present plaintiff is the special administratrix of the original plaintiff, Glenn I.
