The defendant was convicted in the Superior Court {O’Neil, J.) under two indictments charging possession of' a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, in violation of RSA 318-B:2,1. In this appeal he claims that Dalianis, J., erred in denying a pretrial motion to suppress items of evidence taken from his person at the time of arrest and obtained at his house during execution of a search warrant.
