EDMONDSON, Circuit Judge:
Appellants Roderick S. MacPherson and Marvin J. Narz, plaintiffs below, appeal the district court’s disposition of their age discrimination suit against the University of Montevallo (the “University”) brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. The complaint alleged that the University had discriminated against them with respect to their compensation because of their age, and sought damages, injunctive relief, and litigation costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees. 1 The case was tried before a jury; and at the close…
