I. INTRODUCTION
THIS MATTER is before this Court on a Notice of Special Appearance filed by Lee Rohn, Esq. and her Motion to Strike the Answers Filed on Behalf of the PSC and Desmond Maynard by the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands. It is the contention of Attorney Rohn that her firm has been retained by Desmond Maynard, Chairman of the Public Services Commission (“PSC”), to represent him and the PSC in their defense of the civil suit filed against them by the Virgin Islands *141Daily News.
