BROSKY, Judge.
This is an appeal from a final decree entered by the Orphans’ Court which confirmed the first and final account filed by the executors.
The following issues have been presented for review: (1) whether the trial court erred in concluding that the language in the will was insufficient to alter the statutory scheme of taxation, and if so, whether the trial court erred in affirming the account where the executors deducted the remaining Pennsylvania inheritance taxes and the entire and Federal estate taxes due only from appellant’s share, contrary to the intent expressed by the…
