Plaintiff brought this action for damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by her in falling on a slippery floor and down a stairway in the banking house of defendant, her employer. She charged that the defendant bank was negligent in maintaining the floor in a slippery condition; that the floor was dangerous to walk upon; that defendant knew, or in the exercise of ordinary care could have known, of its dangerous condition in ample time *340to have remedied its defects before it caused plaintiff’s injuries; that defendant negligently…
