Porter, J.:

Plaintiff in error brought this action in replevin to obtain possession of certain hogs and cattle levied upon by the sheriff of Doniphan county upon process issued against her husband. The receiver of the Bank of Highland was substituted as defendant. Upon the trial, at the close of plaintiff’s testimony, the court sustained a demurrer to the evidence, and plaintiff brings error.
