Appellants, Eugenie Miller, Edith Thompson and Charles P. Weigand, nieces and nephew and heirs-at-law of Phillip Weigand, deceased, filed a bill in the circuit court of Peoria county to contest the validity of the last will and testament of the deceased, making appellees, the executor and beneficiaries of the will, defendants, and charging a want of testamentary capacity and undue influence on the part of certain of the beneficiaries.
