Tucker and another, the appellants, filed their bill of complaint against McCoy, the appellee, in the district court of Clear Creek county, to quiet title to certain lots in Georgetown, Colorado, alleging title by purchase, occupation and improvements under th'e laws of Colorado and the acts of congress.
