Rose Shuffman appeals from a sua sponte order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Charles L. Brieant, Judge, enjoining her attorney, David K. Shuffman,1 from filing further papers (with specified exceptions) relating to this bankruptcy case.2 This order was designed to halt the stream of frivolous, repetitive and vexatious motions and appeals with which Shuffman has inundated the bankruptcy court, the district court and this Court for the past several years.
