Robert Anthony (“Anthony”) has sued Yahoo! Inc. (‘Yahoo!”) for (1) breach of contract, (2) fraud, (3) negligent misrepresentation, (4) and deceptive and unfair practices under Florida Stat. § 501.204 et seq.
