The appellee, Julia E. Jolly, filed an action in the court below to quiet the title to certain real estate, and to set aside a deed of conveyance of such real estate made by the appellee to the appellant. The complaint alleged in substance that the appellee was induced by fraud on the part of the appellant to convey to the appellant an interest in certain real estate which she occupied as her residence, and that said conveyance was made entirely without consideration.
