This action comes before the court by way of two individual defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment. In the current case, plaintiff identified five defendants, of which three are corporations and the remaining two are individuals. Plaintiff’s complaint against the above five defendants alleges three counts: (1) sex discrimination in employment; (2) age discrimination in employment; and (3) violation of the Equal Pay Act.
