This case requires the Court to interpret what it means to “document” that a meeting took place.. Seeking to-curb fraudulent Medicare claims, Congress included a provision in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) that modified the requirements for Medicare reimbursement for services rendered to homebound patients.
