This declaratory judgment action was brought by an insurance company seeking rescission of a directors’ and officers’ liability policy. Defendants include various financial institutions and their directors and officers who were all insured under the policy. Also named as defendants are certain individuals and entities who either have made or potentially will make claims which fall within the policy’s scope of coverage.
